I´m Zoe. I've found my own path through change, and now I guide others through theirs.
"How old are you?"
It's a question I often get when sharing my story. Maybe it's because I've packed a lot into one life. From a small town to a global career, living on four continents, visiting 70 countries, and mentoring and coaching hundreds of people within major corporations like BlackRock, Telekom, Siemens, IBM, and SAP. My journey, including a BSc in International Business and an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy, has been anything but conventional.…or easy.​
Like many of my clients, I've faced moments of doubt, fear, and uncertainty. But those challenges shaped me. They built resilience. They helped me find possibility where others saw limitation. I've learned to navigate setbacks and find strength in difficult times. This journey, with all its twists and turns, taught me the power of adaptability and resilience—skills I now use to guide my clients through their transitions.

That´s what fuels my passion for coaching. I believe in change. Not as something to fear — but as something we can shape, soften, and grow through.
