It usually comes up when I speak about the different chapters of my life.

From a small town to an international career. From global corporations to deeply human conversations. From visible success to quietly questioning what that success meant.

My career took me into international roles and high-pressure settings. It was stimulating and demanding. Yet the most defining moments were the ones that required honest self-examination.

There were moments when the path I had built no longer felt aligned. When strength was not the issue, but clarity was.

Like many of the people I now work with, I have experienced transitions that were visible and transitions that were invisible.

 

Career shifts. Relocations. Identity changes. Quiet recalibrations no one else could see.

Those experiences shaped me more than any title ever could.

Today, I guide expats and professionals navigating life and career transitions through their own seasons of change. My work is grounded, structured, and deeply human. I do not believe strong people need fixing. I believe they need space to think clearly and move intentionally.

Based in Marbella, I work online with clients across Spain and internationally.
